A Brewery that has fully rooted itself in the historic city of Beacon, NY by rennovating an old mill and curating it's offerings through the local harvest.

"Hudson Valley Brewery is known for its innovative, fruit-forward sour IPAs and mixed-fermentation farmhouse ales that blend the character of hazy IPA, sour beer, and natural wine into a distinctly modern brewing style."

The tasting room and event space at their core are defined by wood.  Existing beams were refinished and paired with our Heritage White Oak in a 5" width - a material decision that quietly honors the building's origins as a working mill.  Nothing forced, nothing added for effect.  Just honest material doing what it does best.
