STILE PAVIMENTI LEGNO was founded in the hillside town of Cita Di Catello in Umbria, Italy in 1965. At that time, 2 local families joined together to create a company born out of a passion for wood and woodworking, in an area heavily dominated by masonry construction and the ever-present stone, marble, and terrazzo floors of the region. 

Today, the company's CEO and many of its co-op employees are descendants of the founders of the company. Their passion for creating and building with wood has not diminished over the 50+ years Sile has thrived in the small Umbrian town.

LV Wood, formerly Legno Veneto, began its business 18 years ago importing beautiful Italian products like Stile. We are excited and proud to be getting back to our roots in partnering with Stile in the NYC area.

Stile materials range from approximately $15 - $22 per sq ft, with an average price of ~$17 per sq ft.

Since day one in 1965, Stile's materials have been made 100% in Italy.
